1. Returns
Due to the custom nature and fragility of mirrors and glass products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product arrives damaged or defective
The wrong item was delivered
You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days
In the case of partial refunds (e.g., for damaged corners or small chips), the amount will be determined based on the extent of the damage
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Custom-sized or personalized mirrors
Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling
Products returned after the 48-hour notification period
4. Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we will offer an exchange or replacement at no additional cost. Please email us with photos and order details to start the process.
5. Shipping for Returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
